01 Which RockGlobal account should I choose?
Standard uses spread-led pricing with no separate trading commission. ECN shows raw floating spreads and commission separately. Pro is manually reviewed from the first account. Cent supports smaller trade-size increments across four current market groups. Compare the current schedule before trading.
02 Can I use MT4 and MT5 with every account?
Yes. Standard, ECN, Pro and Cent account routes support both MT4 and MT5. The platform selected during onboarding determines the matching credentials and server route.
03 What markets can I trade?
Standard, ECN and Pro currently cover six RockGlobal market categories. Cent currently covers four market groups. Product and symbol availability remains subject to the current schedule, entity and jurisdiction.
04 How are current trading costs confirmed?
Pricing depends on the account route and product. Standard has no separate trading commission, ECN shows commission separately, and Pro conditions are confirmed after review. Check the current product schedule or secure portal before trading.
05 How is margin calculated?
Margin calculation differs significantly by product, account configuration and applicable leverage. Read Leverage, Margin and Market Exposure Explained, then check the current product specification or contact support for the applicable requirement before opening a position.
06 How are live accounts reviewed?
Clients must be at least 18 and complete identity and address verification. A verified ID may hold up to 10 live accounts. For Standard, ECN and Cent, the first five accounts use system review and later accounts require manual review. Pro requires manual review from the first account.
