One price. Two currencies.
A forex quote shows the value of one currency relative to another. A forex CFD lets you take a view on that price rising or falling without owning the underlying currencies.
- The base currency appears first.
- The quote currency shows what one unit of the base is worth.
- One pip is usually 0.0001; JPY-quoted pairs commonly use 0.01.
A 10-pip rise in EUR/USD means the euro strengthened relative to the US dollar.

Understand how margin supports leveraged exposure, then see how the same price move can affect long and short positions differently.
Margin is not a fee or the maximum possible loss. Its calculation varies by instrument, account, order size, price and applicable conditions.
This page does not present a universal margin formula. Confirm the applicable requirement in the current product schedule, account conditions and live platform before trading.

Review pricing and fees01 What is forex CFD trading?
A forex CFD gives price exposure to a currency pair without ownership of the underlying currencies. Positions may be opened long or short, and leverage magnifies both gains and losses.
02 Which currency pairs can I trade?
Availability may include major, minor and selected other currency pairs. The approved RG instrument specification schedule will remain the source of truth.
03 Can I practise with a demo account?
Yes. A demo account lets you explore the platform, indicative pricing and order controls with simulated funds before considering a live account.
