01 Are the MT4 and MT5 mobile apps free?

MetaQuotes provides both apps without an app purchase fee. Trading costs, data, financing and account conditions still apply.

02 Can I use RockGlobal on iOS and Android?

Install the relevant MetaTrader app, then find the approved RockGlobal server and sign in with the credentials issued for your account route.

03 Which mobile app should I choose?

MT5 offers the broader forward-looking analytical environment, including more Android chart periods and Market Depth where supported. MT4 remains a familiar established workflow for eligible accounts.

04 Can I run backtests or Expert Advisors on my phone?

Strategy Tester and hosted automated execution are desktop or server workflows. The mobile apps can monitor accounts and positions but do not replace the desktop testing environment.

05 Do I need an internet connection to trade?

Yes. Live prices, account status and order instructions require a working connection to the trading server.
